Residents panic as tremors hit Kaduna community Fear gripped residents of Southern Kaduna yesterday after two earth tremors shook the ground and buildings but caused no damage. Urging calm, the Kaduna State government said it had made a formal report to appropriate authorities to investigate and issue appropriate guidance on the development. Rangers’ Egwim Undergoes Surgery, Out For Four Months; Gets Governor’s N1m Injured Rangers striker, Ifeanyi Egwim, on Tuesday went through a successful surgery at the Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu, officials have confirmed to Complete Sports. Egwim broke his tibia fibula in Sunday’s final match day 4-0 win against El-Kanemi Warriors at the Cathedral. The severity of the fracture ensured he was taken in an ambulance straight to the hospital. Same Sunday evening, Egwim, a former (defunct) Dolphins of Port Harcourt forward, had the injury scanned where it was confirmed he broke his bones.
